Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economics from Vistula University of Finance and Business, a master's degree in International Business & Management from Kozminski University and Brandford University, and an MBA from Kozminski University. She has been with Tutlo since the beginning of her professional career. She built the HR team from the ground up, and developed and introduced the employee benefits system. Currently, as COO, she oversees the company's operations and is responsible for its growth, including platform and product development. She also manages cross-team projects, all processes related
to the acquisition of lecturers, and handles recruitment of employees for top positions. As of mid-2022, she is also responsible for Tutlo's entry process into the Spanish market.

She is responsible for implementing strategic HR solutions in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Ukraine and Turkey. She is a member of the management board of Kantar Poland. She has more than 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, market research and human resources management. In doing so, she translates different skills and perspectives into strategic partnerships for country executives and support for company transformation - from building commercial culture through organizational and competency transformation to adapting to changes associated with the development of new technologies. Winner of the first edition of the "HR that understands sales" competition, which promotes best practices to support sales departments. Member of the Mentors Club of the Network of Entrepreneurial Women.

Over the past 20 years, he has been exploring different areas in one company - from marketing to training, administration to HR. He currently serves as Director of HR and Administration at Gourmet Foods. With a broad organizational perspective and proven tools, he builds a workplace that is good for people and effective for business.
In his spare time, he performs, publishes and participates in interesting initiatives such as the "Smart HR" Academy, the "HR Congress" and the "HR that understands Sales" Competition organized by Sales Angels. He also supports community education as President of STO.
