She is a leader in the employer cooperation team. She manages mentoring programs at the Work Mom Foundation. She also works with companies, designing and implementing employer branding and recruitment campaigns. She is eager to get involved in initiatives that empower women. She is honing her skills in listening and accompanying others in change through the use of motivational dialogue. She is a DE&I enthusiast and a feminist advocate.

A leader with many years of experience in financial management and strategic development of companies. She has worked in multinational manufacturing and trading companies with American, British and German capital, where she co-created development directions, built competitive advantages and supported organizational transformations.She specializes in areas such as strategy, business modeling, M&A, tax and process optimization, development of SSC/BPO structures and improvement of management and stock market reporting. She combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of marketing, sales and production, as well as HR. She is a member of CIMA (FCMA) and AICPA (CGMA), a coach, mentor and business trainer.
